2. THE VALUATION
We assess your property based on the information provided and contact you by telephone. During this first conversation we will familiarize ourselves with you and your situation. Following the information received, we will make a suitable proposal on behalf of the professional real estate investors.
3. A VIEWING
If you are interested in the offer, we plan a visit at the property. During the visit, we can discuss the details of the agreement and explain the process of the sale. There will also be an opportunity for questions during this visit.
4. THE HANDLING
After you have accepted the offer, the solicitor will draft the sale agreement and deed. We pay the agreed amount to the solicitor who wraps up the proceedings. By signing the deed, the property no longer belongs to you. You will receive the full amount as agreed upon in your account a couple of days after the transfer.
